Akshar Spintex Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited company Akshar Spintex Private Limited at Jamnagar, Gujarat on June 19,2013. Subsequently, the company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to special resolution passed by the members in Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 26, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to Akshar Spintex Limited on January 5, 2018.Abhishekbhai Tala, Amit Gadhiya, Ashok Dudhagara, Bakulesh Jani and Harish Trivedi were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
