Subsequently, name of Company was changed to BEW Engineering Private Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai on January 5, 2012. Subsequently, Company got converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of Company was changed to BEW Engineering Limited and a freshCertificate of of Incorporation consequent upon conversion to Public Limited Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra, on March 26, 2021.
