Subsequently, the Company got converted into Public Limited Company and the name of Company was changed to Dynamic Services & Security Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Company to Public Company dated July 13, 2020 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata, West Bengal.
